As I sit here today, I am still in awe of the transformation that has taken place in my life over the past 90 days. From a size 22 to a size 4, I have lost an astonishing 100 pounds and gained a newfound confidence and sense of self. It’s a journey that has been filled with ups and downs, but one that has ultimately led me to a place of empowerment and self-love.
The Journey Begins
