"We are doing our best with the resources we have, but it’s getting difficult to provide the level of care our patients deserve," said Dr. Rashid, a senior surgeon at the hospital.
Additionally, the hospital is facing a shortage of medical personnel, including doctors, nurses, and lab technicians. This has resulted in longer waiting times for test results, delayed surgeries, and insufficient access to specialist care. "We are short-staffed, and it’s taking a toll on our ability to provide quality care," said Dr. Rashid.

"I was forced to wait for 12 hours for a simple injection, and I was told they couldn’t find the necessary supplies," said Aisha, a patient who was recently treated at the hospital. "I was shocked and frustrated. I don’t know what the hospital is doing, but they need to fix this problem."
